@macamartinic @FIMA_Chile @eziocosta @girando Sin duda una sentencia valiosa, pero más que “aplicar” el Acuerdo de Escazú, solo lo referencia para una claridad conceptual. El caso y la decisión no cambian si se suprime esa referencia. Creo que es una precisión necesaria para evitar el posible reproche de retroactividad.

Importante sentencia de la Corte IDH sobre labor de defensores ambientales y especial protección. Aplica Acuerdo de Escazú. Falta aún avanzar en el reconocimiento de la labor que realizan defensores/as ambientales tanto por Eº como empresas @FIMA_Chile @eziocosta @girando 👇
