China-Iran:"The attack and killing of Iran's supreme leader is a grave violation of Iran's sovereignty & security....". Well, tell yourself that to what your militants are doing to our fishermen/coastguards within the West Philippine Sea. Educate yourselves

@jaytaryela Shame to Filipinos that can't afford to either defend our sovereignty and dignity or just keep quiet instead of speaking for pro-China as paid professionals. Your silence could have still have your Filipino spirit and pride.

Before I address your fearmongering statement—one that unfortunately echoes the narrative pushed by pro-China trolls—let me be clear: I will stand firm and fulfill my selfless patriotic duty to defend our country and our people, anywhere anytime. Without mentioning your disrespectful and uncourteous remark to the Senators, it is concerning that a member of the House of Representatives would express themselves in a manner that appears to wish harm and demise upon our country. Why threaten our own people that could undermine our determination to uphold our sovereignty, sovereign rights, and maritime jurisdiction in the West Philippine Sea? Finally, I extend to you the same invitation I am offering to your father: join us one day in MDA flight and stroll along the coastline of Pag-asa Island. It would be an honor to bond with the Marcoleta father-and-son duo in KIG!

Defending our heritage: The Kalayaan Island Group is integral to Philippine sovereignty—discovered in 1956, formalized by PD 1596, & backed by the 2016 PCA ruling invalidating China's nine-dash line. No to baseless 'historic rights'! #WestPhilippineSea #AtinTo #KIG

"Venezuela/HK/Iran protests: violent crackdowns, few gains, heavy bloodshed. #EDSA People Power stood out: peaceful, massive, bloodless—Marcos Sr. loved our people & left in exile to avoid violence. True patriot. #PBBM @bongbongmarcos #Filipino

PCG Deploys Vessels and Aircraft to Safeguard Filipino Fishermen in BDM The Philippine Coast Guard has deployed three vessels (8301, 4408 and 4409) and aircraft to provide security and support to more than 40 to 50 Filipino fishing boats operating in the vicinity of Bajo de Masinloc since January 26, 2026. The deployment is in furtherance of the Kadiwa para sa Bagong Bayaning Mangingisda (KBBM) program of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., which aims to empower and sustain Filipino fishermen in the West Philippine Sea. The fishing vessels come from the provinces of Zambales, Bataan, Pangasinan, and Mindoro. The PCG operation ensures the safety and security of Filipino fishermen from possible harassment by Chinese maritime forces. During the mission, PCG assets documented the presence of three China Coast Guard (CCG) vessels (3105, 3106, and 2307) in the area. Despite the continued presence of these CCG vessels, Filipino fishermen have steadfastly continued to fish in these waters, exercising their rightful access to fish. The PCG remains firmly in position, protecting the fishermen and asserting our sovereign rights. This operation underscores the unwavering resolve of the Philippines: Filipino fishermen will continue to fish in these waters, and the PCG will continue to protect them and uphold UNCLOS, the 2016 Arbitral Award and the Philippine Maritime Zones Act. As part of the mission, the fishermen received essential support, including fuel subsidies, freshwater, ice, and food packs, to sustain their extended fishing activities. The fishermen expressed profound gratitude to President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. for his unwavering support. The Philippine Coast Guard reaffirms its commitment to protecting our sovereign rights and the livelihoods of Filipino fishermen in the West Philippine Sea.

Department of Foreign Affairs Statement In response to the remarks made recently by the Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesman, the DFA affirms its support for publicly elected officials and government institutions performing their lawful duties in defense of Philippine sovereignty, sovereign rights, and jurisdiction. The DFA reiterates that differences between States are best addressed through established diplomatic channels rather than public exchanges. In firm and consistent fashion, the DFA will continue to articulate the Philippines positions on the West Philippine Sea and the South China Sea, which are grounded in international law, including the 1982 UNCLOS and the 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award.

Where are the Nobel Peace Prize winners now—silent as Iran burns? I'll start from our very own, Maria Ressa. Madame, you won for defending democracy, the “power of the people.” Is the prize just a badge of ideals, not action especially that ties to State power? #PrayForIran

Applause to Gibo Teodoro, a true Statesman! On a side note, let's just resign to the fact that's only one country in the modern world that determines whether there's war or peace. No one else but the United States.

Trump-Zelensky talk ended in chaos! But you know what, there is "love" in every conversation. I don't think that it was a disaster , it's promising. They just schooled what most leaders should be! Boom!
