Below is a picture of where I was at a little over a year ago before my gym membership ended. For the last year I haven’t been treating my body as well as I wish I was, so today I finally got another membership. I’m posting this to keep myself accountable and to remind myself of what I’m capable of. I would like to get back to this point because I know I can do it. I know a few people are really into fitness/weight lifting in the community so let me know if you guys have any tips. My other goal, which I wasn’t able to achieve before was getting my hand stands. okay good luck to me :)
