“Good morning all, thee are some cakes on the front desk, they are chocolate and salted caramel with fudge. Please come and help yourselves”. Everyday in this office there’s someone trying to widen my waist line. I pay them no mind.

I have done my maths. Since January 29 2025 till today I have had bouts of losing 10.2kg (in 12 weeks) 10.2kg (in 12 weeks), 3.6kg (in 21 days) & 7.4kg (in 8 weeks) cumulatively I’ve now lost 31.4kg weight. Currently 62.6kg. Up meeeeee🥰
