In Belgium we rented a car and drove 2 hours south from Brussels to visit the Chimay Brewery at Scourmont Abbey, Trappist monastery in Chimay. Founded in 1862, It is only 1 of the 13 breweries left worldwide that produce Trappist beer. The monks also make delicious cheeses.🍻🧀🇧🇪
