Sometimes gender dysphoria can interfere with your sense of sexuality, and so getting on HRT and reducing GD can help that.
But it can’t physically change your sexual orientation. And even if it did, T wouldn’t have *that* effect lol.

The DSM actually does differentiate based on sexual orientation, for early- vs. late-onset GD. The existence of symptomatic variations is plausible.
