Very poor experience with @DigiHaat_ . Paid order delay for 2+ hours,no cancellation update not delivered no update in app,very rude delivery partner hanging up calls doesn't talk in appropriate way to the customers even the given restaurant contact in the app is invalid.

Ceo @DigiHaat_ it's a very poor experience with your app really. Paid order delayed for 2+ hours, no cancellation update in the app, rude delivery partner hanging up calls, and the restaurant contact number is invalid. Customers deserve better support and transparency.
