Changing my training approach and dietary tweaks to reverse diet, I’m seeing the benefits straight off the bat and getting to eat more, do less cardio whilst staying in my deficit. Let’s see how much mass I can put on now 💪🏾(2/2)

Trust the process, learn from the data, make the necessary changes and lock the fuck back in! Was getting to a point where I saw my body fat increase which was scaring me though looking at the data, knew I wasn’t putting in fat, though was loosing lean mass. (1/2)

@Its_Rully Honestly it’s a lot of flipping admin ngl. Thing I liked about having tokens in different sleeves is that it doesn’t get jumbled in my main deck after a game. This will definitely happen now if they have to be the same sleeves lol.

@wintourvfx She's not a speedster so she can't speed blitz anyone. She first has to absorb the ambient energy around her before lifting her arms up to blast people with it. Oh Father was already screaming at her before she could do that. So the fight was fine in my opinion.
