We are saddened and disappointed to inform that, despite our best efforts, the Judge has denied the feasibility of our POR and has converted the case to Chapter 7. $DGTW

Today, the court conducted an evidentiary hearing focused on the feasibility of our POR. The evidentiary portion has been concluded and the judge intends on rendering a decision tomorrow morning. $DGTW

Judge has continued the hearings on plan confirmation, US Trustee’s motion, and motion to approve settlement to Dec 9/2021, 11am CST.

We are preparing our memorandum in opposition to the US Trustee's renewed motion to convert or dismiss the case. We will vigorously defend our position, as we did the last time this motion was filed. $DGTW

@Montemccoymsnc1 The only communication we have received from OTC Markets was to advise they are backlogged and that we should expect to see the status update in a few days. Each time, we have relayed their communication.

OTC Markets completed their review and identified missing information in one section of each report. This was updated immediately and amended reports have been uploaded. Once they confirm and review the changes, status will be changed to Pink Current. $DGTW

@Dude2230644251 @PatrickBFisher Yes, they have been extremely overwhelmed with the volume of reviews to bring as many companies current as possible. We receive regular communications from them to assure us they are working on it.

@Sabeen1202 As outlined in our POR and subsequent posts, there are no immediate plans to re-initiate the reverse stock split process.
