I lack words to describe how predatory @DigicelStLucia's policies are. You buy a data plan and the default is set for the plan to renew. Id you forget, you will periodically lose airtime.
A few weeks ago, it's possible that I accidentally touched the recurring option when I was topping up my number. Very easy to activate accidentally, but very difficult to find out how to cancel the recurring option. This is highly predatory behavior and it needs to stop.

So I visited @DigicelStLucia to query their new family plans and looks like am staying with Flow. I currently pay $121 for 1000 anywhere minutes and 30GB shared data between two of us. Digi can’t beat that
