I saw from my window, I didn't see the cops arrive, I heard from my other neighbor how the step dad got cuffed etc. I've got a baby and went to go change him and feed him while my wife got some Z's. By the time I came back to check it was over and done. I called the local police office twice to let them know I witnessed what happened and have heard nothing back.

This man owns this house. It is being renovated and no one lives there. He came to his property and found the neighbors cars parked there. Not just one but five.
