A huge welcome to the 100 newly-qualified doctors who started their jobs at Frimley Health this week. Today they'll be attending a special event called SIMley Health where hundreds of staff, volunteers & patients come together to simulate a normal working shift 💙

💙Today our multidisciplinary teams came together to tackle medication safety at discharge! 💚We shared real-life experiences, identified key challenges in the discharge meds process, and brainstormed practical solutions to keep our patients safe. 💙An amazing collaboration!!

Since the launch 🚀 of the Electronic ReSPECT Form in our EPR 💻we've seen a fantastic increase in the number of electronic forms completed for our patients. The form creates a summary of personalised recommendations for a person’s clinical care in a future emergency.
