@SnyderVerseFR Why didn't he say "save my mother"? Bruce was determined to take Superman's life. If anything, it would've only made things worse by implying there were more of his kind. Triggeting Bruce's trauma was Clark's last resort to get through him and snap him out of his bloodlust.
