As part of the OSINT Shadows Conference, Operation Weißkopf presents an exceptionally sensitive HUMINT case. It demonstrates the targeted application of Human Intelligence, Open Source Intelligence, and legal precision.
The project, conducted in 2022 and 2023, involved the infiltration of a pedocriminal network in the context of a funeral. Through covert participation, photographic documentation, and OSINT analysis, all attendees were clearly identified.
In cooperation with a lawyer, evidence was secured, documents were verified, and the victim — the original client — was lawfully provided with the material. The findings were subsequently submitted to a court, which confirmed their legal admissibility.
Operation Weißkopf illustrates how strategic intelligence work can lead to a legally sound outcome even within a civilian, legally regulated framework — while maintaining ethics, precision, and a commitment to truth.
