Since 2018 I have been coaching in the South American region. 7 years ago since I started I have always dreamed at the opportunity coach team Brazil to compete internationally representing South America. I am honoured to work with this committee, I believe it will put the best team forward to represent Brazil. If selected I will work my hardest to insure and prioritize the success of team Brazil. Although I am familiar with the teams and deep rooted history of the region. I will have an unbiased approach towards the players and aim to make the best selection in the interest of Brazil. Brazil truly holds a special place in my heart, I aim to reflect that passion through our training. ❤️🙏

Trouxe um General Manager com bagagem real de esporte profissional (o Alexandre) pra ajudar a profissionalizar o trabalho, dar estrutura, processo e padrão de alto nível — do tipo que faz time render de verdade. E trouxe um coach de fora, mas que tem ligação com o Brasil e trabalha com a nossa região há muito tempo. Conhece nosso cenário, nossa realidade e sabe extrair o melhor daqui. E eu sigo fazendo o que faço: mídia, conteúdo e comunidade. Presença forte no Overwatch BR e global, porque hoje vencer também é construir narrativa, atrair gente e manter todo mundo junto. Essa é, na minha visão, a melhor composição possível.
