I've put so much more time & emphasis into tracking high school BaGS & DIGS scores this year, and it's exciting to see the interest increasing in that area. Naturally, there are questions about the process (as there should be!). So, let's take a closer look. 🧵

Here are the updated NorCal ⚾️ DIGS+ leaders with regular seasons winding down in some sections, playoffs beginning in others. Graham Schlicht & Jensen Hirschkorn are on MLB Pipeline's top 150 draft prospects. Dax Hardcastle probably should be!

Oregon State pitcher Dax Whitney confirmed he’s having UCL surgery on May 11. Not determined whether full Tommy John or brace procedure. Either way, possible Whitney bas pitched last time in college, as he says.

@The_StilesFiles I definitely don’t give them the energy I once did. I just don’t think Buster can wait out these contracts. If things don’t improve this year, they’ll need to make some tough decisions.

I can’t believe we live in a world where the San Francisco Giants managed to acquire Willy Adames, Rafael Devers, Matt Chapman, Luis Arraez and the offense somehow still sucks. Makes no sense. There is truly nothing like this.

@KNBR Devers & Adames have a combined 13 BB & 80 K this year. That just can't happen with your highest paid players, supposedly in their prime. Koss & Encarnacion are taking up bench spots & providing no value. Bullpen...It's all just a mess.
