All you have to do is allow Hemp to not be for human consumption. It's not meant to be extracted into a cannabis or CBD oil. Hemp is not potent enough for the Cannabinoid value!!! Plus it's less of a controlled grow because the material is used for things like building buildings and rope. All these CBD companies put money signs in people's eyes and the entire thing has been a fraudulent marketplace since 2017.
