After the sad demise of India’s greatest culinary Ambassador Mr. Jaspal Inder Singh Kalra (Jiggs Kalra) , we decided to honour him by making one of his simplest recipes from his book Prashad published way back in 1986, the Butter Chicken! He was an inspiration to all!
