There's no time like the present. Cherish what you have at the moment, you won't realize what you have until it's gone.

A lot of simple daily habits can be trained like a muscle. It just takes a lot of reps to get into a habit.

As long as you keep driving to push yourself you won't even think twice about the bad days you've had.

Don't let your time be wasted. It's way too valuable especially in this day and age where you can use it to build yourself.

It's ok to not know where you're going in life. Most of us don't have an answer. It's not ok to not try.

Remember you're the only person that can save yourself. Nobody else can pick yourself up like you can.

Before you go to bed use the night to plan ahead for the day tomorrow. You'll never be confused on what to do next.

It's an absolute win if you're taking a walk everyday it's great for your mind and your body.

Whether you think you can or can't you're absolutely right either way.

Your environment also affects your mind. An example would be the difference between a messy room and a clean room.

The people that celebrate you are the only ones worth keeping in your life. They're the ones that make life worth it.

There's more to life than the same old cycle every day. Do something new. Broaden your horizons.

Everyday is an opportunity to push yourself out of the comfort zone.
