Depends on if it’s building your thing, or our thing. I don’t see you as being able to give up control in a way that might compromise your own success. That being said, I’m sure there’s people out there you’d put your trust in after they’ve proven their competence and ability to execute. I think it’s highly unlikely you’d vacate the driver seat, but it’s not impossible because you’re smart (and principled) enough not to get in your own way. The high bar is a good thing in my opinion. If it’s my life affected I need to be in control, save for a few exceptions.
