One of the largest waves of Israeli strikes so far has just hit over 60 locations across Beirut and beyond. Deaths are mounting. Destruction is massive. Civilians are paying the price. Again. They are not a target. They must be protected.

Very importantly, he speaks very well, has a good voice, good tone, and great command over the language, so he can deliver both technical and casual. And he is bound by the need to make sense. The new Indian comms have none of these things.

He's genuinely a world class broadcaster. Asks the right questions, keeps the right attitude, all the while keeping things interesting for a common viewer. He feels MORE relatable to me as an audience specifically because he's not an ex-cricketer with anecdotes to yap about.

As the foreign seamer behind Hazelwood, Ngidi got just 2 matches for RCB in 2025 before leaving for national duty. This year, he is probably the most impressive fast bowler on display so far, with a really effective new slower ball. Interesting selection choices when Starc will be fit to return.

Hello, hello! Will be deactivating my X account for sometime starting early morning tomorrow. Although I'm immune to most lunatics on here, at times the dehumanisation and cyber bullying gets to me. Will be back having fully recharged my batteries.

Tahrir Square. Fifteen years since the Arab Spring. Revolutions promise change; what follows is rarely simple. Whether it succeeded is another matter. But for a visitor, Egypt today feels more stable, and safer than its neighbors.
