@paul_a_tiernan @_WizzAir_ @BBCWatchdog It took us 7 months to get compensation from Ryanair and that was only after we took them to the small claims court!!!
English

@_WizzAir_ I have se t my details via PM and still no refund. This is ridiculous. I'm owed nearly 300 euros for coming up to 3 months for a flight you guys cancelled. Next stop @BBCWatchdog . Come on wizzair ... Sort out your refunds.
English

@marc_butler @Charlot09417159 @Wimbledon Yes, just contact the ticket office. They are replying straight away
English

@Wimbledon Will there be any comment on a refund opportunity for centre court ticket holders?
English

@natalie_malpas @Wimbledon Have you found them as I can’t view my tickets either
English

@Wimbledon where do I find the tickets on wimbledon app? Cant find them?
English

@keiran_healy @Wimbledon How have you managed to view your tickets? I have no ticket icon on my Wimbledon app?
English

@Wimbledon when will you be contacting 2020 ticket holders about their tickets for this year?
English

@SimonCalder Can anyone advise if 16yr olds with 1 jab can travel to Italy with fully vaccinated parents without having to isolate?

@DillonCarole Hi Carole, which route are you referring to? *Harpo
English

@POferriesupdate do you accept the same day antigen test by express test to use on the ferry
English

@POferriesupdate Does this now mean a 16 yr old travelling with 2 fully vaccinated parents now needs a test 24 hours before travelling?
English

#PODover/#POCalais: A negative PCR or antigen test result (taken within 24h before travel) is needed to enter France if you are not fully vaccinated. Rules on further testing and isolation differ depending on your vaccination status. For more info visit: uk.ambafrance.org/COVID-19-rules…
English

@POferriesupdate Thanks - I hadn’t realised the link wouldn’t be from your website. I know what I’m doing now!!!!!! 😆
English

@DillonCarole I believe this is the link you need: gov.uk/find-travel-te…

English

@POferriesupdate I just need the link to a day 2 and 8 test with no PCR as we don’t need to take that.
English

@DillonCarole My apologies, so you want the test to release scheme? You can find information on this here: gov.uk/guidance/coron….
But please note that you don't have to do this. You can self-isolate for 10 days instead.
English

@POferriesupdate Sorry, I don’t think I’m being clear. I understand what tests need to be taken but I can’t see a ‘package’ for them. The only packages I can see linked include the PCR test before travelling which we no longer require.
English

@DillonCarole Maybe our government website's information will be clearer; gov.uk/foreign-travel…
English

@DillonCarole Travelling to France, full vaxed passengers don't need a PCR, but on your return to the UK you'll still need to quarantine for 10 days and take the tests on day 2 & 8.
English

@POferriesupdate All the tests needed for fully vaccinated to travel to France and back.
English

@DillonCarole The tests on day 2 & 8 of the 10 day quarantine are for all passengers who have not paid for the test to release scheme.
English

@POferriesupdate The link says PCR test plus days 2 and 8. Is this the same as the test to release?
English

@DillonCarole Hi Carole,
Information for people who are fully vaccinated can be found on the link provided. We are currently providing information for the passengers who need to take extra steps in order to travel. *Shakira
