This will be my new reality for the foreseeable future. 6x a week no excuses no quitting. No alcohol and changing habits along the way (no alcohol because I would literally get drunk on a Friday be hungover the entire weekend and eat McDonald’s and drink smoothies Saturday and Sunday consuming like 6K calories in an hour).I know viewership will go down I’ll make less money and I will be called “boring” but oh well, sacrifices have to be made. I’ve gained a lot of weight the past 6 months that’s have caused me to feel like shit and not be proud of myself. It’s very easy to lose yourself to “content” in the streaming world.
