Crazy time to be a beatmaker. If you make a beat with AI, it can’t be copyrighted without sufficient human input. That means anybody can legally take your beat and profit from it as though it were their own.

People have no idea how many cool ways you can use AI. Yesterday I took a picture of a book page and then had a voice conversation with ChatGPT 4o to make sure I understood it correctly. It felt like the book came alive and became interactive.

Does this make me a bad producer? Unpopular producer opinion: I don’t think about lufs or any of that stuff, I’m just making music. I do know what they are though, but I’m trying to soft clip my kick, not obsess over a meter 😂

Whatever you think about yourself is true. If you think 30 is too old to learn something new and get good at a new skill, then it is and you’ll act accordingly. If you think you can invest 10 years into something and get insanely good, no matter what the age, then that’s also true
