@PhillSnerdsFN @FoadZone I would definitely love to see an entirely deidcated part of the game to earning chips. Like a mini-roguelike gameplay loop where the more you destroy things or eliminate troopers the more you earn chips at the end of the run

Let me break down the Upgrade Chips in #DroidTycoon for everyone: In my opinion, the best way to collect them is to grab a jetpack from either one of the huts around the map, or by unlocking it in your battle station through rebirthing. Fly around the map in a circle formation because it seems that when you collect one, another spawns. Eventually (mostly if you're in a private lobby) the chips you collect will start to spawn in a similar order. You can also go around to the different world missions. Exploration, builder, and battles. DO NOT equip a battle droid, because that is the only droid you do not need to start a mission. However, you will need an exploration or builder droid to complete those corresponding missions. If you want to use the chips to upgrade, let me explain each rarity and mutation. Common Droids: Default -> Gold: 5 Chips Gold -> Diamond: 10 Chips Diamond -> Rainbow: 15 Chips Rare Droids: Default -> Gold: 30 Chips Gold -> Diamond: 50 Chips Diamond -> Rainbow: 75 Chips Epic Droids: Default -> Gold: 120 Chips Gold -> Diamond: 180 Chips Diamond -> Rainbow: 240 Chips Legendary Droids: Default -> Gold: 400 Chips Gold -> Diamond: 1,200 Chips Diamond -> Rainbow: 4,000 Chips Some changes I would love to see to the upgrade tokens would be: - ?%x boost per rebirth to make earning more rewarding - A way to purchase upgrade chips (100m for 1 at least. Don't make it too easy) - More missions around the map (Variety, difficulty, types, etc.) Overall exploring the map and collecting the chips has felt fine to me, however I can see this becoming stale overtime and could be a cause of player loss in the future. The star wars collaboration has revealed one thing to me: Epic doesn’t care about small developers, and more precisely doesn’t care about developers who don’t have big budgets & studios. But I’m not saying this to be mean, I’ll explain myself & this is obviously only my opinion so maybe I’m wrong, I’ll let you debate it. Why am I saying this? - First, look at the distribution of players on star wars maps. The vast majority of players come from the 3 experiences that collaborated with Epic. They are excellent, but the problem is that you only see this. The other maps are not really highlighted; the SW collection is limited to spinning maps every 10 minutes in the "other star wars maps" category, which is at the very bottom and has no interest. And the star wars maps are not specifically highlighted in the discovery - Let’s talk about Discovery, by the way. Recent changes have certainly helped to eradicate spam maps, but they have also eradicated the possibility for new maps to get players and appear, except if you have a big budget to be sponsored all the time and make "clickbait" maps. Btw in my opinion, the interface needs to be completely reviewed, because in reality it hasn’t really changed from the beginning, they’ve changed the design, but never really changed the overall appearance and interaction. For the past few days, I’ve only been seeing tweets from Epic and employees talking only about 3 star wars maps; Fortnite status is reposting an update post from Droid Tycoon for example. Again, I don’t say anything about the quality of the maps, which are incredible (i play every day droid tycoon) and should be more present in this ecosystem, but the way Epic works is leading us into a brick wall. No, there aren’t only 3 star wars maps; there are others waiting for their chances to be highlighted that could interest many players. and I finally find that the best star wars maps are on Twitter, not in discovery. I’ve seen so many incredible maps on Twitter that I can’t even find on Fortnite because the discovery doesn’t live up to its name. And I’m talking about the star wars maps, but currently even normal maps can no longer go to discovery...
