When I was young, probably around 8 I could say "mum I'm going out to play" and leave and be gone for hours, till it was dark. Sometimes mum would just say "be home by X time" and you were just out. No tracking. No mobiles. Just gone. Would you let your kid out like that now?

What’s a typical wait time for a PCR result nowadays?! Got my daughter tested at 9 am and was hoping to have heard back! Test centre was quite busy .
