Querying is a numbers game. You need an agent who loves your work so much they will read it countless times and to find that person takes time. The more you send, the better your chances. Small batches didn’t work for me I needed to machine gun spray my queries. Keep sending. Don’t quit. Your yes is out there

I worked fast and relentlessly. Ready to show an agent I can provide a whole catalog and career for them/us. Competing with AI is exhausting and demeaning. I fear I'm getting nowhere even with my work improving.

I sort of feel a little alone in this writing space these days. Ive opted not to go indie or self pub again. Been there, done that. It's not for me. I want a team. Even if I'm still doing a lot of the leg work. I want a champion in my corner.

My day? Thank you for asking. My cousins' house burned down. An uncle died. A grandma died. An aunt with cancer needed help. Had to take care of a different senial and immobile grandmother. Might lose my job. 👍 I'm FINE.
