hey #hemepath, I showed this image to my 6yo that it is 'bad' when there are too many white blood cells in your blood and I got stuck when he asked 🧑‍🦱'so which one is cell cell'? Any thought?🤣🤣

@Dingdingading Wow! It makes sense in concept but is still amazing to see the result of an "experiment." How is the texture? First time I had a porcine blood pudding, I was taken aback by the way it rubbed under my teeth, and I still wonder if that was due to RBC / PLT / clotting factors.

Apparently if you centrifuge fresh blood and steam the serum you get black pudding without the cells...
