I wasnt going to say anything but this really breaks my heart to read... again. I got my Clown Saiko model from them and the process to get her and to change a few things was EXTREMELY stressful and frustrating. Now seeing it happen to others while I told Nekoyama to do better and STILL havent... made me want to say something. I told them straight up they don't pay attention to details and how they rushed all their models. I had to constantly tell them to change SO MANY THINGS for 2 years, even things they fixed but kept forgetting to redo when I FIRST got her in Dec 2024. There was a lot of things that were messed up from missing toggles, adding certain clothing pieces randomly, not paying attention to details that was provided, poor rigging on certain parts and not testing their rigging properly. After months of asking to fix their mistakes, they asked if I wanted to get it rerigged w/ the missing toggles which I agree but even then... some toggles/expressions were broken which had to ask them to fix. Don't get me wrong, they would change things when I asked and some of it turned out REALLY good and have apologized MULTIPLE TIMES... but other times it was very rushed and sloppy; honestly it shouldn't have gotten to THIS point. I understand as a client to make sure everything works... but you shouldn't give a model to someone when things are broken or poor quality. Plus I could never talk to the artist/rigging person due to their policy which sucks. I was just so fed up with it that I dont even use my Clown Saiko anymore BECAUSE the process and frustration from them made me fall out of love with it. Almost 2 years dealing with them and having to fix things constantly is.... EXHAUSTING. Nekoyama, I told yall once and I'll tell you again, PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND SLOW DOWN! People are spending THOUSANDS UP FRONT to get their dream model and you are making people fall out of love with their models due to the process of getting it or adding/changing things. Please do better.

I didn’t dare to say anything for the longest time but seeing so may of my siblings having issues I wanted to share my story. I commissioned them spring 2025 for my first model. My experience with Studio Nekoyama was horrible, I was brand new to vtubing and streaming and trusted them to make my 1.0 model. From the start I should have ended the commission as soon as they sent back a sketch that was all blue themed after asking and providing nothing but pink as the color pallet. After 4 sketches back and forth that was finally mostly corrected. They changed so many parts of my model from the original design and honestly put little effort into the sketches. I had tattoos on my model that they were not getting right and instead of trying a different way of doing them they said they “looked like rashes” and fixed nothing. I was too trusting and thought all of my details would be added when they started rendering. Well boy was I wrong. They sent me the rendered model and it looked horrible, they had added fabric across my chest changed the tattoos and so many other parts of my model. At that point I was so beyond upset as I felt nothing had been really corrected and I was being ignored. I messaged them directly explaining those feeling and what I was looking to fix. They then threatened to cancel my commission. This is after months of working together and planning an entire debut. I would be out of that time and money. So I felt I was forced to just shut up and take it as it was. We came to the agreement to remove the tattoos completely and simplify the design. YET when my model was delivered it was STILL messed up. There were shadows of the tattoos on the arms when toggles were used and the outfit was the odd version they had changed the chest design on when we had never agreed on that. I also had a added on hand heart toggle that I sent a reference for. They did not use it and when I went back to ask for it to be corrected they would only do it if I paid for a whole new version. Absolutely not so I kept the toggle I paid extra for and hated and now I never use it. Don’t even get me started on the rigging. It was HORRIBLE. I went back and forth with them 4 times to get any real movement. My neck was clipping, hair clipping through my model. Random white dots all over it. My boobs had literally no physics and I had to send references of other models they did. Only to find out later this was due to my chest only being made into 3 layers. There were so many shortcuts and excesses with my order and I felt insane as I was the only one on Fivver that seemed to have an issue based on reviews. It’s so sad but also relieving in a way that it’s not just me. My experience with them was so bad I stated working on my 2.0 commission the same week I got my model. And will be debuting that this summer. I love my model but the experience I had truly disheartened me to her and it’s been so hard to be silent about this. This studio has to do better this happening to so many others is unacceptable.
