Stevie Kenarban uno de los personajes más queridos de 'Malcolm el de enmedio' esta de regreso, el mejor amigo de Malcolm siempre destaco por ser un estudiante con un intelecto brillante que asiste a la clase de los "Krelboynes". El personaje utiliza una silla de ruedas debido a su discapacidad física, además de padecer asma severa, lo cual lo obliga a hablar de manera pausada, respirando profundamente entre cada palabra. La presencia de Stevie en esta nueva temporada causó asombro entre los fans de la serie, ya que nos presenta a su personaje con una familia homoparental, también en la escena se puede observar a su hijo adoptivo pequeño compartiendo el momento con ellos. Aunque hasta el momento solamente se le ha podido ver durante un capítulo, su aparición en esta nueva temporada de Malcolm asombro a muchos fans de la famosa serie.
