This is one of the many reasons why I don't trust user reviews and scores.

@takaraishigi There are plenty of companies in America willing to do the work. They would love to sign contracts with the rights holders. The rights holders often act irrationally and just turn down free money for reasons that are not apparent to anyone. What recourse is there then?
