As a sports psychologist , performance coach you have limited capacity to support everyone always. Creating the tool together with @TalentPathwayiD for over 1 year now to have a huge health impact on people who like to play and want to get better, get to semi pro or pro. For me there is nothing more rewarding in life than seeing lifestyle changes, accomplished goals and growth. Working really hard to have a support tool that helps individually to improve many facets of their lives. Giving recommendations, sharing education. Good alone, better together!
