On March 2, 2026, in Miami at La Ermita de la Caridad, the Asamblea de la Resistencia Cubana and Cuba Decide signed the Acuerdo de Liberación de Cuba - a unified transition plan to end communist rule and restore democracy.
For the first time, major Cuban opposition forces inside the island and in the diaspora formalized a structured roadmap:
- Liberation
- Stabilization
- Reconstruction
- Democratization
Free political prisoners.
Dismantle the one-party system.
Call multiparty elections.
If the Cuban regime collapses, there is now an organized alternative ready to step in.
The exile community has always been loud.
But now… it's organized!
