Here's a trial that should change your practice if you treat patients in cardiac arrest. In a cluster-randomised trial from 🇨🇦, double sequential defibrillation was associated with a 16% ⬆️ chance of SR, 20% ⬆️ chance of ROSC and 17% ⬆️ of surviving to hospital discharge. 1/3
