Everyone is disciplined, but what are you disciplined to? The human brain works through a reward system, so you're rewarding yourself even if you feel miserable. You're not undisciplined. You're just disciplined to habits that don't serve you.

This is what happens when you refuse to settle. When you stop accepting excuses and start demanding more from yourself. Years of discipline. Years of consistency. Years of choosing the hard path because you knew it led somewhere worth going.

Stop hiding behind recovery as an excuse to do less. You actually need to work more than you think.

If you're cutting and going ultra low carb, you're making fat loss harder and muscle retention worse. Keep carbs moderate. Prioritize them around training. Preserve your muscle while you strip the fat.

Be bored more = being bored less. Crazy but true. Most of yall arent truly bored because every second you get free gets zapped by unhealthy habits. Reclaim your boredom to stop being bored.

Your daily ab routine is a waste of time. You don't need to train abs more than 2x per week. Quality over quantity.

Why is momentum so damn powerful? Because it removes the decision. When you're consistent, showing up isn't a debate anymore. It's just what you do. 1:1 coaching in bio to have me build you a plan, walk with you daily, and most importantly, get some damn momentum...

Rest days are just as important as training days. You can't grow without them. Training breaks your body down. Rest builds it back up. If you're grinding seven days a week thinking more is better, you're wrong. You're not outworking everyone. You're overtraining.

Don't give up. You're in the hardest part right now. The part where motivation is gone. Where progress feels invisible. Where every rep feels heavier than it should. This is where most people quit. And this is exactly where you need to push through.

Fitness saved me. Not just my body. My mind. My life. Everything. I was overweight, battling a binge eating disorder, struggling with addiction. Lost. Directionless. Destroying myself slowly.

Stop lifting at the same pace the entire rep. Control the lowering. Explode on the lift. That's how you maximize growth.

Stop blaming everything else. Your genetics aren't the reason you're not progressing. Your schedule isn't why you can't train. Your metabolism isn't why you can't lose weight. You need to take more accountability. Click the link in my bio to work daily with me
