This cohort is going to change the world!! We spent hours going deep into personal story and narrative, folks showed up and got so real. Tears were shed, bread broken, and - in a Dirtroad first - tattoos inked! Thank you all for your trust and commitment to the work.

We wanted to share more photos of our time in-person with--not one but--TWO Cohorts a couple weeks ago. Our Winter 2025 Cohort wrapped up their time together, and our March 2026 Cohort began their Dirtroad journey in-person. We're in awe of these rural leaders!

Our March-June Cohort went deep, spending the better part of two days exploring personal stories together. The thoughtfulness, vulnerability, and collaborative listening that folks brought to the space was incredible. Leaving with all the resolve for the months ahead!

We are organizing, learning, and building power.
