@DirtyThreeWines @love_lentils Sheep are all wethers cos I don’t want to deal with lambs. Wiltshire Poll because; self shedding so no shearing or fly blown sheep. Poll so no getting caught in wires. Wiltshire cos best sheep meat by a mile. 12 per hectare is about right.
