The first thing you'll notice about us is that we've left off the two most obvious words: without us. Of course, those are the ones we want you to think of. Why are so many decisions about us... undertaken without us?

The second is that our acronym is, of course, NAU. We're pronouncing that NOW: because that's when we're needed.

Our view: disabled people (and our allies) should join the only party in the UK led by disabled people on disability issues - and every MP who voted for the shambolic bill at its second reading yesterday should lose their seat. Work on that has long begun, but it must intensify.
