Please, I beg you, do not touch a Black baby/child/girl/woman's hair without consent. You do not own our bodies. Also, ask yourself, "Do I feel this same urge and curiosity to touch a white person's hair?"

@taylorbachrach I think we should go the other direction. Raise voting age to 21, require the voter pass a civics test so they know how govt works, and allow only those who pay taxes to vote.

Today I tabled bill C-210, The Right to Vote at 16 Act. The decisions being made today are among the most consequential in our country’s history and young people deserve a voice. I’m looking forward to engaging folks across the country as we push to pass this bill into law.
