Hello X Premium Support Team,
I am a Premium subscriber with the verified account @DisccatFR
(government-issued ID uploaded and validated after subscribing).
Despite the ID verification, I am still experiencing:
-Age restriction messages on certain content ("Due to local laws, we are temporarily restricting access to this content until X estimates your age"), on both the mobile app and the web version (x.com via Firefox on PC).
-A consistent 15-20 second delay when posting from the mobile app (screen shows "Publishing post"), even after fully uninstalling/reinstalling the app, clearing cache, restarting the device, and testing on different networks (WiFi and mobile data). Posting from the web version is faster.
I have already checked my Privacy and Safety settings (birthdate correctly set: September 1987) and followed the advice received in DM (automated response from Grok).
Could you please perform a manual review of my account to update the age assurance and remove any remaining flags (my account was previously temporarily suspended for suspected inauthenticity but has been fully restored)?
