@djbananabread It depends on the fest, but lately the bass stages have had the worst vibe. Trance, techno, and DnB sets tend to have a better crowd… and if you stand towards the back in front of the flow artists you’ll probably have more fun than in the middle :P

I hate to be THAT person. But the [mainstream] California rave scene is abysmal. The quality of events and lineups are top-tier, just for the crowd to be a fkn frat party. I can’t wait to go back to Denver 🫠
