An incredibly emotional moment outside our hospital yesterday as every member of staff who could lined up to say goodbye to Sophie, our vibrant and committed colleague. Farewell, Sophie Fagan. Rest In Peace. And Rest in Peace all the NHS and Social Care colleagues we have lost.

This has been the saddest of days. Sophie was an incredible lady, a true force of nature - always fighting for her patients. The hospital and the patients of Hackney have lost a great friend. RIP Sophie
