@BanquetRecords I asked on another thread but how bad is the water damage? Are the sleeves really bad or is it fairly minor creasing etc?

as we go into 2026, we have double the mailorder staff, double the work space, and double the storage space. but while moving things around we found some overstocks and some water damaged records from our now-vacated previous storage space BanquetRecords.com/sale shows a list added to sporadically, but usually a few a day. House move installation date comes and no one shows up and was told “we can see records of the calls but nothings been booked in” 🤬🤬🤬

The shocking level of customer service @SkyUK is astounding. Trying to renew my aging parents tv and broadband subscriptions. Litteral hours on the phone to them. Twice agreed new prices and yet twice they haven't processed it! What are you paying at @SkyHelpTeam??? Help pls.
