A busy day made a little brighter for Team ED as we kicked off our nurses day celebrations and delivered each team member a wellness box..with plenty more to still hand out! A small token of appreciation for our amazing people, who provide the best care for our patients ❤️

Business as usual today… 100 Wellness Boxes 📦 being packed for an NHS Trust 🌈 on the southcoast. Each box includes items that encourage individuals to take a moment for themselves ❤️ They will also include a personalised message saying ‘thank you’ for everything staff do 🙂

A very enjoyable few days giving the team @prtchampshire the opportunity to develop their own Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) 💬It was the guidance I didn’t know I needed! 💬It has opened my eyes to my own wellness journey and what I need to do for myself. #wellness

Sadly, the term ‘young carer’ wasn’t a thing back then. However, things are very different now and there is lots of support available. Of course, there is still much to do but grateful to still play a little part in that journey. 3/4
