X tweaked the algorithm so that your For You Tab will be mostly posts from your moots. This has started rolling out in the timeline now. Pros - you’ll see posts from your moots, so you can curate your TL based on who you follow. Cons - you won’t see news and other interesting topics outside people you follow. But isn’t this what the following tab was supposed to be all along? Kind of renders it useless no? If all you do is see posts from only your mutuals on both tabs. I think the For You should have been left for all your interests and randoms while the following tab should be for seeing posts from your moots. What do you guys think?
