What a photo.

Just saw Pixar’s upcoming new feature #Hoppers—in its entirety!! 3 months before release. Can’t talk about it yet, but just grateful to be here to see it. Grateful.

#AvatarFireAndAsh is a popcorn movie. Don’t ask any questions. Just lean in. I was surprised at how I was tuned in for most of the 3-hour runtime, thanks in part to the visual spectacle every frame was. TLDR there’s still nothing like a Jim Cameron picture.

#Elio has made the list of one of my favorite Pixar movies. Taking a Carl Sagan soundbite and crafting a story about belonging is a feat; all set against the most beautiful animation your eyes will see + Rob Simonsen’s score + newcomer Yonas Kibreab’s performance. It’s all aces.

Minus a repetitive 3rd act, Disney’s live-action #LiloAndStitch made me smile/laugh/cry like I did as a kid 20+ years ago. No controversy in Sydney Agudong & Maia Kealoha as they really embody Nani and Lilo. Go on the Hawaiian roller coaster ride again. You won’t be disappointed.

Contrary to what some have said, I don’t think that #Thunderbolts is a full return-to-form for Marvel Studios so much as it has elements of it, among them a great ensemble cast with great chemistry, funny script, head & heart, and some big teases(*). I’m happy it exists.

Just saw 40 minutes of #DeadpoolAndWolverine and it’s everything you think you know about it: self-deprecating, R-rating every part of Disney/Marvel Studios with no restraint. It’s bringing the MCU into territory that either will be a welcome shift of not. I’m ready for more.

JUST IN: Catherine Laga‘aia, a 17-year-old native from Sydney, Australia, has been cast as Moana for the live-action version of Disney’s MOANA. She joins Dwayne Johnson as Maui and other native Pacific Islanders cast in supporting roles. The movie hits theaters July 10, 2026

Was at #TheAcolyte premiere and saw the first 2 episodes. No spoilers here, but will say that it’s proof that you can cure franchise fatigue with genre-based storytelling. So far, it feels like a murder mystery mixed w/ mystical elements. And just like that, my fatigue is cured!
