@RoyalMailHelp my special next day delivery containing controlled drugs has been signed for and delivered to someone else with no indication of where it's been left or who's signed for it. Gonna have to get the police involved. Help please!

@AvantiWestCoast Hi I've not even had an email saying you've received it ( it is showing in my delay repay account as in progress). I had to submit a claim for the 15th also and that has just been paid to my account. Seems a bit odd!
