@RedWaveCrewHP Her life, her choice. 7 years is a pretty big gap for attachment. She's definitely not "free" mentally, it's going to eat at her several years / decades down the line. I hope the kid's new family is loving and supportive.

@SusieM414141 There are some hardcore Toys R Us backroom stories that can tower this! (Though this is hilarious). One "Ship From Store" employee was on his way out.. an order came in for a plastic real sized bike ramp, it was subbed instead with a mini Tech Deck ramp..

This man ordered 165 pool noodles from Walmart. When they arrived through FedEx, there was a little surprise. They had been individually boxed. You just know that Walmart employee is paid by the hour. 😆😆 And the FedEx driver got to unload an entire truck in one place, and they weren’t heavy.

Thanks to the massive success of the PS1 and FF7, 8, and 9, the hype for a new Final Fantasy on the PS2 was absolutely through the roof. On top of that, Square showed a real-time rendered tech demo of one of FF8’s famous dancing scenes running on the PS2, and it looked absolutely incredible. Watching that, I honestly thought that once FF10 released, the PS2 would have no real competition left. Looking back now, I feel like this was the peak era of Squaresoft. FF10 was such an incredible game that it almost feels like the company was at the height of its power back then. The graphics, music, gameplay, and even the sad but perfect ending were all unforgettable. I think a lot of gamers consider FF10 to be just as much of a masterpiece as FF7. I also played the remastered version years later, and it was still just as fun.
