I think if they just remove Rocket pulse’s ability to hit crits then increase crit damage for weapons like snipers it would actually be a pretty good way to balance them into more a utility/major killer weapon because they are overshadowed by fusions in terms of super gen when doing rotations so choosing to use a rocket pulse would be an overall loss. Would still make them usable without absolutely neutering them like most of the time when the balance things
