CRN 30 Palate: A lovely rich sweet malty note, some dunnage warehouse, Blackforest Gateaux, Hezelnuts. Love this one #TheCairnDistillery

CRN 25 Palate: Ripe Peaches, hint of Strawberry Laces, Lemon Drizzle lingering in the background. Just a wee hint of Blackcurrant - my nemesis note, but loved ny many #TheCairnDistillery

CRN 18 Palate: Cherry cake, rich winter berries, cocoa, sweet Scottish tablet #TheCairnDistillery

CRN 12 Palate: Danish Pastry, Hazelnut, Almonds, loving the nuttiness. Hint of milk chocolate. Most enjoyable and well constructed blend. #TheCairnDistillery

The Intrepid Mariner, Palate: Coriander, Lemon Peel, Cream Soda, slight salinity, Parma Violets at the back of the palate (A first for me on a Bunna), a nice, easy sipper, not too complex. #WemyssMalts
